Gassim’s first steps in Tanzania

After several months of research, and despite the pandemic, Gassim was appointed to carry out a technical audit and establish an implementation plan for a 90-room hotel in Dar Es Salam. This task, led by Denis Lenoir, Gassim’s Senior Project Manager, was carried out in collaboration with the hotel’s operating team. It enabled the owner to plan his investments to achieve the desired international standard. Gassim has numerous references in this field, both for Radisson, Louvre Hotel, Accor, Hyatt, Marriott, etc. and for regional or local brands.
