Algiers Novotel hotel

Despite the pandemic that has been affecting the Chinese general contractor CSCEC since November 2019, the envelope of the Novotel hotel in Algiers has been delivered for partitioning and plumbing works. The Novotel hotel (Accor Group) represents 255 rooms. André Guillou, Director of Gassim, is the assistant of the owner. This project is the 4th construction in Algeria in which Gassim is involved after an extension of 104 rooms of an Ibis hotel, the 152 rooms of a Mercure hotel and the 101 rooms of another Ibis hotel.
