A marathon of trucks for the concrete invert of the Novotel Bab Ezzouar in Algiers

During the construction of the Novotel, more than 230 concrete rotors were required to pour the 1,700 m3 of invert. During more than 16 hours of continuous casting, 15 trucks shuttled between the concrete plant and the site. This 255-room Novotel is developed by SIEHA, a partnership between the Mehri Group and Accor, with Gassim as Assistant Project Manager, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (www.cscec.com) as the General Contractor and Arc-Home as the Execution Manager.
