Minister José Tonato visits the construction of the Sofitel hotel in Benin

On May 2, 2021, Mr. José Tonato, Minister of Living Environment and Sustainable Development (MCVDD) visited the construction site of the Sofitel hotel in the presence of Mr. Moise Achille Houssou (Director General of SIMAU), Mr. Adam Pinto (Deputy Director of the Cabinet at the MCVDD), Mr. Victor Kouassi (Director General of Housing and Construction). Denis Lenoir, Project Director of Gassim, presented the progress of the works executed by Summa on a design issued by Moke Architecten and controlled by Qualiconsult. The structural works are at 30% completion and are scheduled to be finished in the 4th quarter of 2021.
