Following the Ibis Hotel Alger Airport Bab Ezzouar, Gassim has signed an Owner’s Assistance contract for the Novotel Hotel Alger Airport Bab Ezzouar. The new building will have 255 rooms and should be delivered in 24 months by a design & build contractor. This hotel is developed by Sieha, a joint venture between Mehri Group and Accor Hotels.

He has a vast knowledge in construction, management of companies and negotiation skills to facilitate the action of players in project development and project management. He can add value by utilizing his attributes and multi-disciplined skills achieved during his long-standing career.
He develops his expertise during 10 years in Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom with Yves Dumont. He worked in Poland, Hungary, Malaysia, Romania. Before joining Gassim, André was the Managing Director of Bouygues Bâtiment International in Nigeria.
