Gassim with Proparco, Horwath HTL and Radisson have organized this conference in Abidjan. 300 delegates and 50 journalists were welcome by the Ivorian Minister of Tourism. The investors, bankers, hotel operators and consultants discussed among other things, the financing, energy efficiency issues and the improvement of the environmental and social standards of hotels. Yves Dumont, MD of Gassim, spoke about the construction risks and the environmental challenges.
